Spiritual Panelle

Carsten Pieper Beautiful, calm pieces centered around Salvo's electric guitar (played with clean sounds, as is befitting this ambient-ish stuff). Soothing music for strange times...
As I never trust my ears in these matters, I would like to second sumbuk's guess (alternate, perhaps microtonal, tunings) very, very carefully ;-)
Anyways, these harmonic twists keep this music interesting to listen to (mellow or not). Favorite track: Flying Rhubarbs.

sumbuk This is a set of pieces for overdubbed electric guitar. Much of it sounds like it's done in an alternate (microtonal?) tuning (or maybe my ears are worse than I thought). ;-) It is quite mellow, as I find I can drift off to this with no problem. Tracks 6, 7 and the last track includes a bit of synth work.
